GABRIELLE LEYVA
Executive Director & Co-FounderBorn and raised throughout California, Gabby is a lifelong artist with a background in art education. Gabby has been involved in the Pomona community since 2013 while attending the School of Arts and Enterprise, then as the owner of Overspray Art Supply & Gallery founded in 2022 and now as the Executive Director of URLA.
Beyond her leadership roles, Gabby is an active muralist and sign painter who has dedicated her life to the arts, her cats, community, family and creating opportunities for the next generation of artists.
Secretary & Co-FounderJoshua swodeck
Joshua Swodeck has been a Pomona resident since 2003 and is a longtime advocate for arts, education, and community. He serves on the Pomona Cultural Arts Commission, the Board of the School of Arts + Enterprise, and the Latinx/o/a Roundtable, and is an Association Member of the LA County Fair Association, where he Co-Chairs the Equity Committee.
He has curated cultural exhibitions, supported artists, and served on grant panels for LA County and the NEA. Rooted in his Diné, and Tewa Pueblo family heritage, Joshua is dedicated to cultural storytelling, reconciliation, and community engagement.
Professionally, he has spent over two decades helping leaders and organizations clarify vision and strategy through brand storytelling and creative design. He and his wife, Chara, along with their two children, remain committed to cultivating creativity and community throughout Pomona.
Justin Manriquez
Chief Financial Officer & Co-FounderA former graffiti writer, Justin experienced homelessness and addiction in his youth before turning his life around in 2005. He became a professional graphic designer in 2006 and went on to launch 3rd Street Graphics in 2020, which grew into a successful business and was later acquired by the nonprofit God’s Pantry in 2024 as its first social enterprise.
Drawing from his own experiences, Justin is dedicated to creating spaces where youth can express themselves without judgment and find the support and opportunities he once needed.

Stan ‘Saints’ nunez
Stan Santos Nuñez, known professionally as Saints, is a Los Angeles–based visual artist, art director, muralist, graffiti artist, set painter, and art instructor. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he continues to live and work in the city that shapes both his creative practice and his commitment to community engagement.
Saints creates character-driven artwork across a wide range of mediums, from traditional pencil and pen to digital tools and aerosol. Influenced by the hip hop and graffiti scene, his work centers on fun, relatable characters that reflect the people, stories, and culture of his community.
He has created custom artwork for various brands, painted murals for schools across Los Angeles, and works as a set painter and graffiti artist in the film industry. In addition to his professional work, Saints teaches art to middle school students, focusing on character design and mural painting.
As a board member, Saints brings his experience as both a working artist and educator to support programs that empower youth through art, creativity, and self-expression. At the heart of his work is a desire to create art that evokes warmth, joy, and nostalgia—while inspiring the next generation of artists.

diana echeverria
Diana Echeverria is a community-centered arts curator based in the Arts District of Downtown Pomona. After transitioning from a career in healthcare, she brings a compassionate, people-first approach to curatorial work, viewing art as a powerful tool for storytelling, connection, and community healing.
Diana works closely with local artists to elevate creative voices and activate cultural spaces throughout Downtown Pomona. Her curatorial work includes exhibitions and collaborations with local brewery Old Stump and collaborative shows between Pomona to Los Angeles, contributing to the growth and visibility of the city’s vibrant arts scene.
She also serves on the board of Urban Rising LA, supporting initiatives that advance community empowerment for local youth, as well as creative development through the arts.
